FRIDAY IS FABULOUS & ALL ABOUT THE FUNFOLD CARD

Today’s funfold card was inspired by Connie Stewart from SimplySimpleStamping. Thank you so much Connie for your inspiration.

Connie calls this a Diagonal Double Pocket Card.

I started with a Real Red Two-tone 12″x 12″ sheet of card and used Connie’s measurements. At some stage, over this weekend, I plan to convert it to ‘Australian’ measurments.

The card has two staggered pockets that are trimmed with Mossy Meadow card.

Each pocket has a card insert – the front card is a portrait tent-fold card and the back card is a single piece of Secret Sea with a panel of Basic White card.

The card front was embellished with several layers of the greeting ‘joy’ and gold sequins from the Traditional Sparkling Sequins.

The front card has been designed to hold a gift card, perfect for a combined Christmas card and gift.

For the card insert, I added a layered panel of Secret Sea and Basic White. I also added one of the Christmas greetings from the Greetings For You Mix & Match Ephemera Pack.

I think that I will take a break form Christmas next week and find something else wonderful to use in my projects.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

3D THURSDAY HAS ARRIVED

Today I have a gift box to share with you.

The box measures 5 1/2″x 3 1/2″ because I wanted to be able to add half a 6″x 4″ Joyful Days Memories & More Card on each of the sides.

The box was made using Old Olive card.

I decorated the sides and lid with some of Memories & More cards.

I took a length of Real Red Shiny Ribbon and tied a sweet little bow before securing it around the lid.

One of the tags from the A Touch of Gold Mix & Match Specialty Ephemera Pack had the stars design, from the Metallic Texture Rub-Ons (165270 $24AU), transferred onto it.

Then I added the circular ‘joy’ bauble, from the Greetings for You Mix & Match Ephemera Pack, to the tag and threaded Old Olive and Red/White twines through the holes and tied them off. I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach them to the front of the box.

I am always pleased when I finish a 3D project.

Tomorrow I have a funfold card to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

WEDNESDAY IS MEANT TO BE TIME FOR SOME UPDATES & A NEW PROJECT

Yesterday was September 3rd and that means that the new September – December 2025 Mini Catalogue has gone live for customers.

I am posting this a day late – oops!

Along with the new catalogue, there are also two new kits for you to choose from.

This is the Road to Christmas Kit (166227 $25AU).

This is the Handmade & Heartfelt Kit (166213 $45AU)

Today I have another card to share with you.

After starting with a Mossy Meadow cardbase, I took six strips of card – two each in Misty Moonlight, Mossy Meadow and Real Red, and attached them to the cardbase using dimensionals. I trimmed the ends at various angles.

Then I cut a Misty Moonlight panel and added one of the Memories & More Cards to it, using dimensionals and positioning it at an agnle.

I took another Memories & More card and trimmed the Christmas greeting before adding the greeting strips to the card.

Some Traditional Sparkling Sequins were then added as embellishment.

I added a strip of one of the trimmed Memories & More cards to the card insert, as well as one of the Greetings for You sentiments.

What do you think of this Christmas card?

Tomorrow I have a Christmas gift box to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

If you live in Australia, you can order any of the products I used to make this card by going to my online store. As you read through this post, you will see the products I used for this project. The new items are available from September 3rd.
