SALE-A-BRATION COUNTDOWN

It’s only 5 days until Sale-a-bration ends for 2020, so over the next few days I will be sharing some projects featuring many of the free products.

These cards feature the LOVELY LILY PAD products from the first release Sale-a-bration brochure.

I used my Stamparatus to stamp the flower image in a circle.

The LOVELY LILY PAD STAMP SET doesn’t include a sentiment, so I used the HONEY BEE STAMP SET sentiments.

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.

SENDING HEALING HUGS

My brother-in-law and his wife returned home, early from their overseas holiday, last week and are half way through their mandatory 14 day isolation.

We were able to help out by leaving food for them the afternoon before they arrived home and pick up some groceries a few days later.

That made me think – what other things could be left at someone’s front door, if they need support – to send healing hugs, instead of physical ones.

I thought chocolate, tissues and throat lozenges could do the trick – popped into a lovely gift bag.

This is a quick and easy gift bag to make.

The LABEL ME FANCY PUNCH has a handy slot section in the punch which I used to create the space for the FLAX RIBBON to pass through.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.

BIRTHDAY BONANZA TRIO

The BIRTHDAY BONANZA SUITE is such a bright, colourful and fun collection of products to make any birthday celebration an event!

These three cards were made for a Stampin’ Up! ® demonstrator challenge. The theme this month is BIRTHDAY and the supplies we can use are limited to stamps, ink and paper (specifically, Designer Series Paper).

The benefit of photopolymer stamps is that you can see exactly where you are stamping, so you can achieve even spacing.

All three strips of DSP are from the same paper bundle and they coordinate with six Stampin’ Up! colours. I only stamped with five of the colours for two of the cards. For the candle card, I used one colour and used the stamping off technique to achieve two shades.

#simplestamping is not my usual stamping style but it’s refreshing to use the basics.

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.
