FUN FOLD FRIDAY HAS ARRIVED – TIME FOR SOME FUN

For my Friday Fun Fold card I have an Easel Card for you, featuring the Beach Boardwalk Suite Collection.

I will definitely need to make some more projects, using this Suite, because I haven’t even touched the Puffy Stickers yet.

I couldn’t resist using the palm trees paper again!

In addition to the DSP, I die cut three palm trees and addded them to the grove of trees. I thinly cut strips of Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop the trees up over the DSP palms.

The greeting was stamped on a scrap of Basic White card and trimmed to a neat rectangle. I used Dimensionals to add the greeting to the card front.

The ribbon embellishment was created by cutting a length of Secret Sea Bordered Open Weave Ribbon, fraying it and then tying a multiple-looped bow. I secured it place using a Mini Glue Dot.

I coloured some Antique Pearls using the dark Secret Sea Stampin’ Blend pen and added them as ‘coconuts’ to one of the palms.

Now, let’s check out the easel.

I added a strip of the DSP at the bottom edge of the Basic White card insert. This works as the edge to hold the card front up.

Some extra coloured Pearls were added to this DSP panel.

I stamped the greeting on the Basic White card insert before adhering another die cut palm tree.

This week was fun – I hope you enjoyed all my shares.

Make sure you leave me a comment to tell which is your favourite project.

Next week I will have another amazing collection of products to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

IT’S THURSDAY & TIME FOR A 3D PROJECT

This week’s product spotlight is on the Beach Boardwalk Suite Collection that is available from January 6th – unless you want to buy it sooner. To do this you need to join Stampin’ Up! and preorder this and lots of other great soon to be released new products.

For this project I used one of 12″x 12″ papers from the Beach Boardwalk Designer Series Paper to create a great gift bag. I cut 1 3/4″ from the bottom of the paper.

I scored the paper at 1/2″, 2 1/2″, 6 1/4″ and 8 1/4″ on the 12″ side. The bottom edge was scored at 2″ for the bag base.

I also added a partial score line 6″, from the top edge, down both of the 2″ panels. This helps the bag fold in at the top.

To close the bag I punched two holes using the 1/8″ circle from the Hole Punch Assortment. Then I threaded some Bubble Bath Faux Linen Ribbon to be able to a bow.

For the greeting tags, I die cut three tickets – one each in Basic White, Bubble Bath and Secret Sea. The greeting was stamped on the Basic White ticket.

The tickets were overlapped and glued together. Then I punched a 1/8″ hole for the ribbon to be threaded through. The tickets were then secured in place using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Finally, I coloured some Antique Pearls using the dark Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blend pen.

I think this would be a fantastic gift bag for a birthday gift.

Tomorrow I have a fun fold card to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

Time for another Beach Boardwalk project – available from January 6th, 2026.

I have two versions of a simple fun fold card to share with you today.

I used a Bubble Bath card base for this card.

The shades of pink palm trees Designer Series Paper is so gorgeous. I took my time carefully cutting the paper to ensure the pattern aligned perfectly across the card – open and closed.

I wrapped length of Bubble Bath Faux Linen Ribbon around the front DSP panel before creating and attaching two triple bows.

The greeting was stamped onto a Basic White scrap that was trimmed to fit the folded panel.

For the Basic White inside panel I stamped a Bubble Bath palm tree and added splatters of pink to coordinate with the splatters on the DSP.

To finish the card I used the dark Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blend again to colour some Antique Pearls.

For the envelope, I adhered some of the DSP to the back flap.

Now, for a different version of the fun fold card.

This card started with a Pool Party card base before cutting the DSP in the same way I did for the first card.

A 3 1/4″x 3 1/4″ Pool Party square was attached to the first folded panel and then the die cut ferris wheel. I used Adhesive Sheet on the back of the Basic White card to ensure the intricare die cut has great adhesion.

I used some of the DSP to cut the ferris wheel cages and they were attached using Multipurpose Glue.

The greeting was stamped on a scrap of white card and then trimmed it down to a small rectangle.

The inside of the card is decorated with fussy and die cut elements.

Finally, I added some Pool Party Rainbow Dots.

Tomorrow I have a 3D project to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.
