LAUNCHING MY YOU TUBE CHANNEL

I learn so much by watching other paper crafters’ YouTube video tutorials.

Now that I have resolved my Facebook Live technical glitches; I was excited to be able to move onto recording, editing, compressing and uploading a video tutorial onto my TouTube Channel.

And, with that, I have taught myself how to: use Manycam to record my tutorial, use VSDC to do basic editing and add text, use Handbrake to compress the file and upload the tutorial in YouTube.

I am feeling very, very pleased with what I have learned to do and how my first tutorial looks. I know that I will sound more relaxed with each one.

Here is a link to this first video tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLYnCEfeL74&t=2012s

If you have a chance to watch this tutorial, I would love you to leave me some feedback because I want to refine what I offer in tutorials – what would you like to see, how can I improve what I present …

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.

MORE SIMPLE STAMPING

For this COMFORT AND HOPE STAMP SET #simplestamping card I used just one colour, CRUMB CAKE.

I also used one of the STITCHED RECTANGLE DIES to die cut the stamped sentiment.

Adding a little LINEN THREAD and some ELEGANT FACETED GEMS just lifted it a little.

There are two fussy cut brickwork pieces that have been popped up on Stampin’ Dimensionals to add an extra feature to this card.

I am so pleased with the way this card looked when I had finished. It is so easy to just keep adding more. Focusing on #simplestamping helps me to go back to, not the basics but, the fundamentals of design.

Let me know what you think about this card? Is there something it needs or something that should not be there?

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.

SIMPLE STAMPING – STAMPS, INK & PAPER

One of my lovely, new Stampin’ Up! friends, Marika Laforge was one of a group of three deomonstrators who presented Facebook Lives during On Tour Online. Anne-Marie Hile and I were the other two.

Marika presented projects featuring the COMFORT AND HOPE STAMP SET as well as the IN GOOD TASTE DSP.

Now that I have that stamp set, I have been working on a couple of simply stamped cards.

The idea behind #SIMPLESTAMPING is to use stamps, ink and paper. For this card, I also added a strip of paper from the 6″x 6″ NEUTRALS DSP and a LINEN THREAD bow.

What do you think? Do you do a lot of #SIMPLE STAMPING?

Thanks for popping by … happy #simplestamping.
