mmm...Stampin' Time

I know – I am very late to the party!

When I decided to make a card using the MONOGRAM MESSAGES STAMP SET along with the FLOWERS FOR EVERY SEASON 6″x 6″ DSP, I knew this was the right moment to give it a go.

I am very happy with the end result!

And the 2020-2022 In Colours work so well together.

Who would have thought that strips of paper, some polka dot tulle ribbon and some enamel dots could look so good.

I might just make another one or two cards using #scrappystripstechnique soon.

After enjoying an amazing two month trip last year, I was looking forward to this year’s overseas adventure.

Travel does me a WORLD OF GOOD.

That was until a pesky little virus brought the world to a grinding halt.

So now I can spend time using the WORLD OF GOOD MEMORIES & MORE CARD PACK to catch up on some memory keeping from past adventures.

And, I decided that there was nothing stopping me from starting to plan for next year!

I used these two sheets from the WORLD OF GOOD SPECIALTY DSP to cover the front of these journals. The STAMPIN’ SEAL+ has such a strong hold, that cover isn’t going anywhere!

The BRASS FOIL SHEETS coordinate perfectly! I cut a piece of foil to match the size of the new FOAM ADHESIVE SHEETS so that I could die cut the letters and numbers, using the PLAYFUL ALPHABET DIES.

The 1/4″ FAUX SUEDE TRIM and a slide from the ANTIQUED CORNERS & SLIDES were an ideal way to make a page marker.

I finished off the planner cover by die cutting the quill and globe, that were also popped up onto the foam adhesive sheet.

Which is your favourite? I prefer the one on the left.

I’m looking forward to planning our 2021 trip – United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark (we visited Finland briefly last year).
