This week I am highlighting the Lights of Aurora Suite Collection.
When I first saw this collection, in the September – December 2025 Mini Catalogue, I knew that I had the perfect photos to scrapbook.
In 2022, we travelled in Europe and visited Iceland for the first time. It was an amazing country. We hired a camper van and almost completely circumnavigated the isalnd. Needless to say, the nights could get quite chilly.
One night I got up to visit the bathroom and on the way back to the van I looked up and saw what looked like swirling white clouds. Then I realised it was the Northern Lights. I woke Rob up and grabbed my phone to take some photos. The photos revealed the lights were actually green.

I chose a piece Lost Lagoon Two-tone 12″x 12″ card for the base.
For the title of this page, I used Alphabet A La Mode dies to cut the letters of the place where we saw the lights. I used one of the Lights of Aurora 6″x 6″ DSP designs for the letters. These were attached to two strips of Basic Black card, using Adhesive Sheets behind each letter. Then I positioned them over some of the same paper.
I printed and trimmed the photos and attached them to Blackberry Bliss photos bases. These were then positioned on the page and adhered them in place.
The Light & Wonder Photopolymer Stamp Set was used to stamp the three sentiments used on this page. Light and MAgic were stamped and fussy cut before being popped up with Dimensionals. The ‘May your day be filled with’ was stamped onto a piece of the DSP and punched out using the new Sign Design Punch – the punch works perfectly with this stamp set.
For the journaling punched panels, I used two small cards from the Joyful Days Memories & More Card Pack. The cards were perfect because they have printed lines ready to write on and it allowed me to use three of these punched shapes on the page,
Finally I added some of the new Frosted Iridescent Dots to embellish the page.
