TUESDAY IS TIME FOR SOME TIPS & TECHNIQUE

As I shared yesterday, this week I am featuring the Beach Boardwalk Suite Collection, from the January – April 2026 Mini Catalogue. (166844 $112.25AUD)

If you live in Australia and would like a copy of the upcoming catalogue please reach out and I will get one to you.

Today’s card uses one of the Designer Series Paper designs as a key element. After cutting it to adhere to the Secret Sea card base, I stamped the roller coaster image in front of the palm trees – also in Secret Sea. This creates the impression that the roller coaster is in front of the trees.

For the carriages on the roller coaster, I wanted them to have some height to give a sense of depth and movement.

The die cut pieces, with their cut out centre, don’t really suit using Black Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut several sets of carriages and layered them on top of each other.

TIP: Using Multipurpose Glue for this can create a bit of a sticky mess so I opted to use Adhesive Sheets for a cleaner finish.

After attaching the layered carriage on the roller coaster I trimmed the end to align with the lefthand side of the DSP panel.

The greeting is from the Boardwalk Fun Stamp Set and was stamped in Secret Sea before being trimmed and popped on the card suing Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I die cut a palm tree for the card insert and stampedone on the back of the envelope.

TIP: Use Stampin’ Blends to colour light coloured embellishments and ribbon to coordinate with your project.

Finally, I used the Dark Secret Sea Stampin’ Blend to colour some Antique Pearls.

Tomorrow I have 2 cards to share with you – BONUS!

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

If you live in Australia, you can order any of the products I used to make this card by going to my online store. As you read through this post, you will see the products I used for this project. The new items are available from January 6th.
