LAST BUT NOT LEAST – MY FINAL LOVE & COURAGE PROJECT

I enjoy creating decor pieces as part of my crafting, especially shadow box creations.

When I’m planning to make one of these, I head to Ikea and stock up on them – in both sizes.

This project uses a 10 1/2″x 10 1/2″ frame.

I started by lightly drawing a circle in the centre of the Basic White background.

Then I stamped and fussy cut the ribbons using 18 different colours to recognise so many of the various cancers these ribbons represent and raise awareness for.

I carefully positioned them around the circle and then adhered them with dimensionals.

The Strawberry Slush ribbon was stamped and fussy cut several more times and were overlaid on top of each other.

I used the Mini Alphabet Dies and Adhesive Sheet to create the words of encouragement place in the centre of the circle.

I’m not sure what I will have for you tomorrow – it will have to remain a surprise.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

ONE MORE LOVE & COURAGE CARD

My final card in this week’s Love & Courage collection uses the last of the images and greetings from the stamp set.

I have used many of the same products already shared this week.

The square shapes from the stylish Shapes Dies have been some of my most used dies.

The key purpose for creating these projects was to showcase the stamp set and I hope I have achieved this.

Tomorrow I have my favourite project to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping.

NO FUN FOLD CARD TODAY BUT ANOTHER LOVE & COURAGE CARD

It has been wonderful to share the Love & Courage projects I have made. I hope they have inspired you to order this set and add it to your craft supplies.

Today I have a card that makes it easy to showcase both sides of any piece of Designer Series Paper.

For this card, I started by stamping and heat embossing the floral and words of encouragement stamp.

Then I carefully cut it in half. The flower was fussy cut and the words of encouragement were cut using one of the circle Stylish Shapes Dies.

I cut a Basic White circle and attached both halves of the embossed image to the backing using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The Designer Series Paper panel was cut half way down the right sideand half way toward the centre. The paper was then folded back and burnished to create a crisp fold.

Before attaching the circles to the front of the card, I added a pink ribbon to the card. Then I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the circles and placed them in the centre.

Finally, some Strawberry Slush Flat Pearls were used to embellish the card.

Tomorrow I have one more card before sharing a shadow box decor piece on Sunday.

Until then, happy stamping.
