LAST DRAGONFLY, FOR NOW!

At the beginning of this dragonfly marathon, I did ward you that there were lots of cards and I have shared seven so far. Here is the last.

For this card, I used the OLD WORLD PAPER and SCRIPTY 3D EMBOSSING FOLDERS, STITCHED SHAPES DIES and the DETAILED TRIO PUNCH.

In case you missed my comments over the past week, I really like this project collection of products!

I hope you have liked my week of dragonfly sharing.

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.

LADYBUG, LADYBUG FLY AWAY HOME

I won’t finish the rest of the nursery rhyme because it is a bit grim. Thankfully, the LADYBUG TRINKETS are so cute.

The colour combination used in this bundle of DSP comes together so well – BUMBLEBEE, CALYPSO CORAL, MISTY MOONLIGHT, MOSSY MEADOW, RICH RAZZLEBERRY and WHISPER WHITE.

I often forget that stamping a greeting directly onto DSP can look really effective.

I think I’ll go back and add some CLEAR WINK OF STELLA to the dragonfly wings.

Good news – the last (definitely not final) project using the DANDY GARDEN PROJECT COLLECTION will post tomorrow.

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.

PROJECT #5

I used the small dragonflies stamp to create my own background paper using a piece of Bumblebee cardstock and black ink.

There are lots of layers and angles to this card – something I haven’t done in a little while.

The floral image was stamped on Shimmery White cardstock and then water coloured.

For the greeting, I used the RECTANGULAR POSTAGE STAMP PUNCH and punched it a second time to make it narrower.

I love the versatility of Stampin’ Up!® products!

The same dragonfly stamp was used on the card insert and envelope.

What do you think? And, what do you think about this product collection?

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.
