JUST NOTES

I found a large bright pink sticky notepad and a marker in a similar colour and decided to make a holder for it.

The Misty Moonlight and Magenta Madness card stock and 2020-2022 DSP make a perfect colour combination for this project.

I am so pleased that we now have FOAM ADHESIVE SHEETS! It is so easy to pop onto to card and then die cut the letters using the PLAYFUL ALPHABET DIES.

The IN COLOUR RIBBON gives the note holder a sweet bow finish.

Untie the bow and check out the bright pink!

Now that it’s finished, i plan to give it to my daughter for her work desk.

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.

CI#83 COLOUR CHALLENGE

A few weeks ago, I made a card for the Colour INKspiration CI#81 using these colours.

Image may contain: text that says '#81 COLOUR /SPAN nks SPIRATION CHALLENGES Cinnamon Cider Real Red Whisper White Crumb Cake'

I was so pleased to be named the winner and asked to be a guest designer.

Image may contain: text that says 'I I'm a WINNER at I COLOUR I I Ink SPIRATIC challenges'

This is the colour scheme for CI#83.

At first, I found this colour palette challenging but decided to use the leaves in the image as my inspiration.

So, the LOVE OF LEAVES BUNDLE was called into action.

I love the dies in this bundle and the stitched features they give.

I enjoy layering elements on a card … and, a bit of bling. Thank goodness for WINK OF STELLA and ENAMEL DOTS.

The sentiment ‘I’M SO GLAD YOU’RE IN MY LIFE’ is ideal for so many situations.

Let me know what you think of this card.

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.

COLOUR CHALLENGE

A little while ago, I shared a card that I made for a colour challenge.

I find it’s a great way to work with different colour combinations – especially if they are not your ‘go to’ colours.

This was the Inkspiration for CI#80. Not my usual palette, but so pretty!

So this is my ‘entry’.

I thought the TODAY’S TILES STAMP SET was an interesting way to showcase the colours without choosing a floral stamp and colouring.

And the TASTEFUL TEXTILE 3D EMBOSSING FOLDER is becoming one of my favourites!

I stamped several times using different colour combinations, then cut strips before popping each strip up onto dimensionals. The three Purple Posy tiles were achieved by using my Stampin’ Write Marker™.

I’m looking forward to inking up some of my ink spots in different colours to make some more cards.

Let me know what you think?

Thanks for popping by … happy stamping.
