You will not be asked for payment at this time, you are reserving only. When the shipment of Stamparatus tools arrives, you will be notified to complete your order. You can then add any extra items you would like to your order and add your payment. Arrival of product is anticipated to be in March 2018.
If you don’t get a reservation in now you will have to wait until the release of the Annual Catalogue in June 2018 to order yourself a Stamparatus.
