MY FINAL FRUIT SALAD CARD FOR THE WEEK

For this card I decided to combine the Everyday Arches Bundle with the Fruit Salad DSP.

I chose a Granny Apple Green card base and then cut the largest of the Everyday Arches dies in Basic White card.

The arched greeting was carefully positioned to fit the large arch. It was stamped in Granny Apple Green.

Then I cut 5 arches, each in a different design of the DSP.

They were layered and adhered together before I added it to the Basic White arch.

After fussy cutting some of the fruit, from the DSP, I attached them to the layered arches using glue and dimensionals.

I added a strip of the DSP to the card insert and the back of the envelope.

Finally, I coloured some of this week’s sequins using both Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends pens. They were added to the card front in pairs.

Monday I will have some new projects to share with you.Until then, happy stamping.

A NEW TAKE ON A WATERFALL CARD

Today’s Fun Fold card is a new variation on a waterfall card, inspired by Pamela Blackwell. Thanks Pamela for your idea.

I didn’t have the measurements so I improvised these myself.

As like all my projects this week I have used the Fruit Salad Designer Series Paper and the coordinating colours.

After cutting, scoring and burnishing the folds for this card, I added the Granny Apple Green and apple panels.

I added Adhesive Sheet to the back of some Real Red card and die cut the letters needed for the greeing, using the Alphabet A La Mode dies.

I added several Basic White panels for written messages.

One of the apples, from the DSP, was fussy cut and adhered to one of the white panels.

The bottom card panel had one of the Real Red DSP designs added. The same DSP was adhered to the back of the envelope.

Finally, I coloured some of the same sequins I have used all week. They were coloured using the Dark Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends pen.

Tomorrow I have one more project to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping.

A GIFT BOX DESIGNED TO HOLD THREE ROLLS OF FRUIT FLAVOURED MENTOS

After measuring the three Mentos rolls, I designed this gift box.

I checked my measurements and then cut the box from an A4 piece of Daffodil Delight card stock.

Before assembling the box I cut panels of DSP and adhered them to the box base.

I enjoy taking care to match panels around the box.

Then I assembled the box.

The turn down box flap was secured with a length of Silver & White Sheer Ribbon that had been coloured with the Dark Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends.

The ribbon was secured to the base of the gift box using a Mini Glue Dot. It was then tied in a bow at front of the box.

The greeting was stamped and heat embossed, with white embossing powder, then punched out and adhered to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Finally, I coloured some of the sequins, from the Trio pack, using the Dark Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends pen and added them to the front of the box.

Tomorrow I have Fun Fold card to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping.
