THURSDAY MEANS THAT IT IS TIME FOR A 3D PROJECT

Today’s 3D project is not a gift box but a shadow box decor piece.

When I chose the Jungle Pals Stamp Set and Jungle Pals Dies, from the Sale-a-bration Brochure, I knew exactly what I wanted to make with it.

To earn these products, I needed a qualifying $270 order (before shipping). This bundle is well worth the order!

This is such a cute collection of jungle animals – lemur, toucan, sloth, alligator and tiger.

There are 15 dies in this set. Five of them coordinate with the Jungle Pals and the remaining dies provide elements to create their world.

I used an Ikea shadow box frame to create this decor piece.

(Oops – I am still working on photography skills – and how to reduce reflection in my images).

I stamped each of the animals before enjoying the time I spent colouring them with Stampin’ Blends.

Using the tree, leaves and vine dies, I cut so many pieces across a range of colours. I was able to create each panel of this decor item from these die cuts.

I used Copper Clay, Garden Green and Old Olive.

I used the new Mini Alphabet Dies, with Adhesive Sheet attached to the back of some Copper Clay cardstock, to cut out the decor title.

Each of the decor panels were adhered to a piece of paper from the Trusty Toolbox 12″ x 12″ Designer Series PAper.

I used so many Stampin’ Blends in this project and the end result is fantastic.

What do you think?

Tomorrow I have one more Sale-a-bration project to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping.

WELL, WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEDNESDAY?

It is Wednesday, January 31st and there are only 29 days left of the Sale-a-bration Brochure. So, time is running out for you to place your order and EARN FREE SALE-A-BRATION PRODUCTS.

Wow, that’s already one month ‘done and dusted’ for 2024.

Today I am sharing a project using the Sale-a-bration Softly Sophisticated Bundle. Because it includes a stamp set and embossing folder, it is a level 2 product and required a minimum $180AUD order (before shipping).

I made a quick and simple card that I think you will like.

For this card I chose Calypso Coral and Old Olive as the main colours for this card.

I started with a Calypso Coral card base and adhered an embossed Basic White panel to it. The Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder is part of the Sale-a-bration bundle. It is a great design and I hope that it carries over into the new 2024 – 2025 Annual Catalogue.

I stamped one of the leaves and flowers images onto a Basic White panel. Then I adhered this panel to a piece of Calypso Coral card.

I tied a bow in a length of Calypso Coral Braided Linen Trim and then wrapped it around this stamped and mounted panel. I popped a Mini Glue Dot behind the bow to secure it in place.

After adhering the stamped panel on the card front, Istamped and trimmed the greeting and attached it using Stampin’ Dimensionals.I stamped the same floral and leaf images on the card insert and envelope.

Finally, I added some small Iridescent Pastel Gems to give the card a little extra bling.

The Softly Sophisticated Bundle is such a great addition to my paper crafting supplies and it is amazing that this a FREE – awesome value

Tomorrow I have a 3D project for you using some more amazing Sale-a-bration products.

Until then, happy stamping.

IT’S MONDAY & THAT MEANS IT IS TIME TO HIGHLIGHT SOME NEW STAMPIN’ UP! PRODUCTS

This week I am going to feature a new Sale-a-bration product each day. These are the ones that don’t have a specific matching bundle in the new January – April 2024 Mini Catalogue.

Today I have two projects to share with you, using the Watercolor Melon Stamp Set.

I chose Poppy Parade for my main watermelon colour and Garden Green for the watermelon vine and leaves.

The watermelon wedges were stamped and fussy cut.

I stamped the watermelon vine and leaves across a Basic White panel. Then I embossed it using the Basics 3D Crosshatch Embossing Folder.

The stamped and embossed panel was then attached to the Poppy Parade card base.

After adding Adhesive Sheet to the back of a piece of Poppy Parade and cut the letters, for the card greeting, using the Mini Alphabet Dies.

I stamped the watermelon on the card insert and the envelope.

After finding a watermelon lip balm, I decided to make a 3D project to pop the lip balm in.

The gift box was made using Garden Green cardstock.

I stamped two watermelon images, using a masking technique, to allow me to overlap them. After stamping them, I used Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends to fill in the watermelon with a lighter green.

I attached a fussy cut watermelon wedge and cut some more letters for the gift box ‘title’.

The Watercolor Melon Stamp Set is one of the FREE stamp sets that can be selected with a minimum $90AUD (before shipping) order.

Tomorrow I will have another Sale-a-bration product to share with you.
